NocWorks Co., Ltd. (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, how we use it, and how you can ask us to delete it.
Information we collect
When you apply, we collect:
- Your hair type, hair concerns, and the style you want
- Photos of your hair that you send us by Instagram DM
- Your name, Instagram ID, and email address
- The menu you chose, whether you live in Japan or are visiting, and why you are interested
- Technical details of your application: application ID, language, how you found this site (source), and the date and time you agreed to this policy
We do not collect your card details. Payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages.
How we use it
- To talk with you by Instagram DM about your hair before booking (counseling)
- To prepare and provide the service you booked
- To contact you about your appointment, payment, cancellation, or refund
- To improve our services. We only use information in a form that does not identify you for this purpose.
Where it is stored
- Your application is stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets (Google LLC).
- Photos and messages are stored in Instagram DM (Meta Platforms, Inc.).
- Payment records are stored by Stripe (Stripe, Inc.).
These companies may store data outside Japan. We use their standard business services and do not give them any extra access to your information.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or give your personal information to third parties, except:
- The service providers listed above, only as needed to run this service
- When required by law
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we provide the service and for a reasonable time afterward for records of payments and refunds. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Please contact us by email with your application ID or Instagram ID. We will respond without delay.

Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the version number and the date at the top of this page. The version you agreed to is recorded with your application.
